Our Services

We are experts in delivering in-home and community support to help individuals of all ages with a wide range of disabilities, chronic diseases, or mental illnesses. Our services range from assistance with activities of daily living to short-term respite care and long-term extended care. Hearts in Homes MN offers a personable in-home care approach. This means that we take unique needs, abilities, and preferences into consideration. We design customized care services tailored to each individual.

Our staff of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work with people to help them live less restrictively. They help people with daily tasks, teach them how to do things independently, and promote their independence and community interaction.

Companion Care

Companion care services are designed to help anyone living with a disability to maintain a sense of normalcy in their life. This may include emotional support, socialization and friendship to those who require assistance. Common companion care activities may include helping with hobbies and crafts, playing board and card games, engage in conversation and leisure activities, or reading aloud a favorite book.

Household Management

This involves helping the person manage their home. Household management may include:

Personal Care

This includes non-medical support to help a person complete basic personal care tasks, or activities of daily living (ADLs), for those who wish to remain independent. Some examples may include:

Respite Care

This specialized service is designed to provide short-term or temporary relief for a primary caregiver. Whether you need a few hours away or an extended vacation, respite care gives you time to refresh and recharge while having peace of mind that your loved one is in good hands.
